The mainline train to Barmouth and the UNESCO-listed Talyllyn steam railway are also right on your doorstep.
The house features a welcoming front lounge and a loft lounge with a large projected screen, ideal for relaxed evenings. A dedicated games room with a multi-games table, smart TV, board games, and a Wii provides additional space for entertainment. From the upper levels, enjoy views towards the Snowdonia mountains or take in the sunset without leaving the house.
Car parking is available in a free car park opposite the house.

PLEASE NOTE
This is a mid-terrace townhouse with neighbours on both sides, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, particularly during the evening. It is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Noise monitors are in place in communal areas, and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

Our property is located in the seaside town of Tywyn, on the beautiful mid-Wales coast. The postcode LL36 9AG will bring you very close to the house when using sat nav.
By Car 🚗
Tywyn is reached via scenic coastal and mountain roads.
- From the Midlands / England, most guests travel via the M54 motorway toward Shrewsbury, then take the A458 road toward Welshpool.
- Continue via the A470 road toward Machynlleth.
- From Machynlleth, follow the A493 road south along the coast for around 20 minutes to reach Tywyn.
Once in Tywyn, follow directions for the town centre and the seafront area. The postcode LL36 9AG should bring you directly to the property.
By Train 🚆
Tywyn has its own railway station on the scenic Cambrian Coast Line.
- The nearest station is Tywyn railway station, which is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride from the property.
- Direct trains run along the coast between Pwllheli, Aberystwyth and Machynlleth.

Neighbour Respect / Noise
Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels inside the property at all times, particularly in relation to stairs and communal areas, as sound can carry to neighbouring properties.
* Noise monitoring devices are in place in communal areas to ensure respectful use of the property
* Noise limits are set at 80 decibels during daytime hours and 70 decibels during quiet hours

* Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
During this time, noise must be kept to a minimum both inside and outside the property

* No parties, large gatherings, or disruptive behaviour are permitted at any time
* The cinema room must be vacated by 10pm
* Children must be supervised at all times when using the cinema room
* We ask that indoor games and activities remain calm and respectful of the space. Running or disruptive play is not permitted inside the property and should be kept to the games room.
