This cozy retreat has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a king-sized bed, a welcoming lounge with a log burner, a bathroom with both a shower and a bath, and a fully equipped kitchen diner. French doors open onto a private enclosed garden, complete with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ area—ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors. A brand-new hot tub with 22 jets and three seating positions provides the perfect place to unwind.
Set between the mountains and the sea, the property enjoys a truly special location with breathtaking scenery in every direction and fantastic walking routes right from the doorstep.
With Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia National Park nearby, each day brings a new landscape to explore, from rugged coastline to dramatic peaks.
Guests have full private access to the house, garden, and hot tub. The outdoor space is fully fenced, offering a secure and peaceful setting with seating, a fire pit, and BBQ for evenings under the stars.
Parking is available on the street directly outside the property.
Check-in is via a key safe, allowing for flexible and hassle-free arrival. The home and all outdoor spaces are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

A wood burner is provided for guest use
Guests must follow all provided instructions for safe operation
The wood burner must never be left unattended while lit
Only approved fuel/materials should be used as instructed in the guest guide
Hot Tub
A hot tub is provided for guest use. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided in the guest guide. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using or near the hot tub. No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub area. The hot tub must not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The cover must be replaced after each use to maintain safety and water temperature.
