This charming caravan is nestled in the peaceful Woodlands Holiday Park & Country Club and is perfect for a family getaway. Set low on a hillside with a sunny, south-facing aspect, it’s a great spot to unwind. Relax by the pool, dine out at the on-site bar, and soak up the peaceful surroundings.
The caravan is furnished with its original fixtures, offering a clean and comfortable space. Despite being a few years old and well-loved, it has been carefully maintained.
There are two bedrooms: a double bed in one room and two small singles in the other. In the lounge area, there is a sofa bed that folds out into a small double.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob, sink, and cupboard space to store all your holiday essentials.
The dining area and lounge are spacious enough to fit everyone for dinner, socialising, watching TV, or enjoying board games.
The combi boiler provides hot water for the kitchen and bathroom sinks and shower, as well as radiators for heating. There is also a gas fire in the lounge for cosy evenings.
The static caravan is situated on a spacious plot within Woodlands Holiday Park, Bryn Crug, offering plenty of space so it never feels crowded.
The site features a clubhouse with laundry facilities, a restaurant/bar, and an outdoor pool (seasonal restrictions apply – please check before booking).
Woodlands Holiday Park is nestled in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby attractions, woodland walks, and beaches, making it a fantastic base for your family getaway.

Please Note
We provide one duvet for each bed and two pillows per person, but you will need to bring the rest.
Don’t forget duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, plus a shower mat, tea towels, hand towels, and dishcloths.

Site Rules – Woodlands Holiday Park
Woodlands is a peaceful, family-friendly site where many owners spend their free time. To help keep the site welcoming and available for holiday lets, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines.
Parking and Driving
Please follow the one-way system and drive slowly around the park.
* Only one car is permitted beside the caravan. Any additional vehicles must use the main car park.
* Parking is not permitted on grassed areas or across walkways.
Site Behaviour
* No ball games are permitted near the caravans. A play area is located near the recycling bins.
* TV, music, and general noise must be kept at a respectful level at all times, particularly outdoors and after 11pm.
* No parties or large gatherings are permitted inside or outside the caravan.
Dogs
* Up to 2 dogs are permitted at the property
* Dogs must not be left unattended inside the property at any time
* Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when on the park.
* Owners must clean up after their dogs.
